Dear Lord, I thank You for access to Your wisdom and power. I thank You for the wisdom the Bible shows and for the power in Your son's name. Incline my heart to Your Word and make me wise in Your eyes. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Cheese! (Literally!)
We were sitting at the table eating dinner last night and all of a sudden we look at Garrett and he has this HUGE string of cheese on the side of his face! Only my son the magician could do something like this. I'm not sure how you get a big string of cheese on the side of your face from eating goulash just like I'm still not sure how he ended up with corn on the cob on the back of his legs before! This boy has some serious talent!
He was ready for his close-up! =)
The Halloween Dress
When I went shopping at one of the many consignment sales I have been to this year I found this most adorable dress for only $5.00! It is SO cute! Someone was really crafty and bought a plain black turtleneck onsie and added the skirt to the bottom with Halloween fabric. I, am in no way shape or form, this crafty although I wish I were!
This one is a bit blurry, but it is the only one where I could get her to look at me!
My little man
Garrett had dress-up day at school last week so he dressed-up. He was SO cute with his shirt & tie (yeah, no socks on here) reading his book eating a bowl of cereal that I couldn't help but snap a pic. I was SO glad he didn't notice until after I had already taken the pic or else he wouldn't have let me take it!
Balloons!!!!!
On Wednesday Bella and I went to the Harrison County Library for story time and then we stopped by to see Grandma Linda at the hotel on our way home. We hadn't seen her in a couple of months so I thought we were long over due for a visit. Grandma Linda had some balloons that she was going to get rid of so she decided to give them to Bella. Have I ever mentioned how much Bella LOVES balloons? Oh my goodness! Here are some pics of one excited little girl with her balloons! :-)

Lil g
We always call Garrett G$. Well, the other day Bella put one of our hats on backwards so we were calling her a lil g. I guess the g could stand for Grace so it's not that far off, but it sure was comical!
This picture is HILARIOUS! I had to put it on here! Her eyes are half closed and she has only one shoe on! What in the world did her parents do to her that day? ;-)
It's the great pumpkin Charlie Brown!
This past weekend was absolutely beautiful so Aaron and I thought we would take Bella to pick a pumpkin. (Btw...we didn't just ditch our two older kiddos; however they were with their other parents that day) So we called our neighbors to see if they were busy and wanted to go and ended up with a whole group! It was SO much fun!
Skyla's Volleyball Championship Game
Skyla's volleyball team made it all the way to the championship game at Providence High School! It was really exciting! Her team had a GREAT season! Needless to say we were pumped for this game! OLPH played Holy Family in the final game. I think that Holy Family flew people in from out of town for this game because there were SO many people there for their team! The girls tried their best, but in the end it wasn't good enough for the title. Good season girls!

Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart. -- Psalm 37:4
Dear Lord, I praise You for being the same regardless of what I am going through. There is nothing that is outside Your control. Help me to suffer well, and to guard my lips against any falsehood. Turn my face toward You when I can't lift it myself. I choose to trust You today. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

"...the prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective." James 5:16b (NIV)
Dear Lord, I believe that You are the giver of life and Lord over all things. Thank You for providing me with exactly what I need, even though it isn't always what I may want. I trust that You have my best interest in mind today. I desire to have an authentic connection with You right now. I need You Lord. Show me the way. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Ephesians 4:29
Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.
